Unmerge Jars Configuration

Add a configuration that'll unmerge the jars so that mods that depend on a mod that uses Forgix would work

would highly appreaciate it^^, im not super familiar with gradle, otherwise i would offer to help.
Its just that in its current state an API shouldnt use forgix at all, and i kinda am working on one and planned on shipping it with forgix xD

You could look at the Distant Horizons mod on how they ship their API with Forgix, although it's a bit complicated and requires a bit more than just regular basic Java knowledge
