Horizontal / Landscape viewport support

As a User of the demo app
I want to use the app in Landscape
So That the entire app behaves as expected

Description

• Define the designs for the entire app
• Define the breakpoints behaviors to switch fron navigation bar to navigation rail
• Define for each component if they should be updated in landscape mode (ie: cards, large size buttons, dialogus sizes, bottom sheets, snackbars, ...)
• create corresponding update issues in the github board
