While executing duet_basics, I got the following error. How to recover from it
ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='ec2-18-216-8-163.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com', port=5000): Max retries exceeded with url: //metadata (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x000001E7C4D7D730>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond'))
