At https://github.com/Open-EO/openeo-grassgis-driver/blob/master/src/openeo_grass_gis_driver/utils/logging.py#L18 the default path for the log file is "/openeo-grassgis-driver.log" which should be invalid on most systems: never ever create a file directly at /.

TODO: Move /openeo-grassgis-driver.log to ~/openeo-grassgis-driver.log
