This removes the dependency on the camsys-apps.com repository as we would really like to only use those that are deployed to Maven Central.
This means that the
onebusaway-cloud-apiandonebusaway-cloud-noopartifacts are also removed, leading to all cloud interactions to be ripped out.@CaylaSavitzky I actually don't really want to merge this and I would much prefer if you could deploy these artifacts to Maven Central instead. Do you think you can do that?
