Deprecation Issue: Buffer();

Sorry to bother if this is no longer in development, but whenever I try to connect to the IP, the console throws a deprecation error for Buffer();. I've tried to fix it myself, but gives me another error complaining that the functions' "value" parameter is not a number. I tried to get around this, but it doesn't advance from there. The error is coming from \Ogar-master\src\packet\DynamicBuffer.js
