After selecting the proper action and clicking next, the following summary pop up window automatically appears too low on the screen, with the bottom buttons out of sight. User has to manually drag window into sight each time.

This here issue hasn't skedattled outta town yet. The summary window is still too low. But it's low priority so you have bigger fish to fry.
