Dropmarker of the
html|select(appearance: -moz-menulist-arrow-button) doesn't change state at all seemingly. All of the sufficient code fromnsNativeThemeWin.cpp(including what you think would be the offending function,GetThemePartAndState) has been ported over from 115ESR, so I don't know why this is the case. UXTheme issue only, works fine with classic theme and DrawFrameControl.Nara:
