Need regs_template.txt to modify module registers. #9

According to Registers Infrastructure, regs_template.txt is needed to automatically generate codes from the .xlsm files.

I am trying to add new functions to the nic_output_port_lookup module and I found the regs_template.txt is missing. (I haven't gotten access to the NetFPGA-SUME code base yet.) So I'd like to ask whether the regs_template.txt should be public.
