Create an annotated version of the igem dataset

Use SeqImprove frontend (or the api) to create a new version of the igem parts distribution. Particularly adding in all the subsequences and annotating mentions of organisms is important. This data set will help show off the capabilities of seqimprove and provide a futher training set for the annoation machine learning. Be careful to not only check terms are highlighted but also that the groundings are to the expected terms.
