5x crop impacting analog output

Without better understanding where the scaler and all the crop and filter settings are handled, I don't know if this would be considered a bug, functioning as intended, or unavoidable behavior.

5X crop settings seem to impact the analog output as well as the scaler. I noticed this while setting up a new 15kHz set I picked up when I was trying to figure out why the top and bottom of so many cores were slightly cropped. I probably still had the setting enabled from when I had it hooked up to a 1080P device.

Analog and HDMI outputs are not fully independent. So, you have to choose only one output for a best experience and tune video for that.
