Add "go to previous location" #2671

In the location menu, add a new function: called "go to previous location."

This will be the only way to recover if one accidentally hits the [ ] buttons that are shown in the image.

Otherwise the user has absolutely no way to return to the previous spot that they were.

Yes, the user is not currently standing at that spot.

You can either go to the last edit or set a book mark and return there.

That fails as the user has often not made an edit there yet, nor has set a bookmark there.

I have a better idea: simply add a confirmation dialog to the "[ ]" buttons: "Are you sure you want to expand to see entire layer coverage?"
