#297 fixes a lot of the docs for deployment, but we need to add actual details on the things that need to be done to upload cirrus generated wheels.

For future record:

Download the *aarch64 and *arm64.whl from TestPyPi
Upload them to pypi using: twine upload -r pypi *.whl --verbose
Check stuff made it to PyPi
