根据 felixonmars/dnsmasq-china-list 的 readme，它收录的是带有中国 NS 服务器的域名

事实上，DNSPod、Aliyun DNS 国际版提供的 DNS 服务，也都有中国 NS 节点，这完全不能作为 “中国域名” 的判断依据

甚至其中有些域名已经被墙了

考虑到大众日常使用时，会将 geosite:cn 作为白名单绕过，这可能会导致部分网站被误标记为中国，而无法正确通过代理。

例如 #350 #395 #398 #333 全都是因为这个上游导致的
