Aid packages loading issue

The issue is not with the backend either. Asgardeo is taking a few seconds to sign in every time we refresh the page. @manuranga any thoughts?

Looked at aid packages list. It loads in 3-4s on my machine.

@nshamit were you seeing a bigger delay? If current delay is not acceptable we may have to cache it in client side.

I experienced a 4-5 second delay.
I'd like us to see if we can improve this loading time IF we have finished all the other higher priority backend issues. @anupama-pathirage do you have anything higher priority you would like @manuranga to work on, or should be proceed?

I see the full 4 seconds in Choreo UI.

All the delay is coming form the service itself, so it bit unclearer where to go from there. I reached out in Choreo slack but the answer is unhelpful. Looks like we need help form someone on the Choreo team.
