User Story
As contract owner, I want to customize metadata urls per tokenIdon the Badger ERC1155 contract.

metadata cannot be customized and edited

it is possible for the contract owner to set a custom metadata field per tokenId
it is possible for the contract owner to change the metadata field per tokenId
