Is there a function in development or will there ever be one like this where I can move keys around? I have seen on the Big Keyboard (seen: link) that you can offset every second key of the row down a bit and maybe have a triangle hitbox so they are like crocodile teeth which would be cool to have in the Unexpected Keyboard as well.

So far, the custom-layout XML for Unexpected has keys grouped within linear rows. You can change their width and horizontal offset, and customizing the legends has been discussed, but nothing as unorthodox as you're proposing. Is there a reason you need it, or is it just to have a cool design?

Thanks for the info! Can you share a template where the keys' offset has been altered so I can backtrack how I can use it? As for the reason I just tought it'd be easier to touchtype since vertically the keyboard is larger than horizontally and spacing the keys out would just make more sense.

In the documentation, look under Layout at the shift property. For example:
<key shift="0.5"...

Thanks, I'll look into it!
