With a Spice port chardev, it is possible to reenter monitor_qapi_event_queue() (when the client disconnects for example). This will dead-lock on monitor_lock. Instead, use some TLS variables to check for recursion and queue the events. Will use a branch called "master" now to avoid accidental confusion with upstream PRs + avoid accidentally pushing to official repository for me (due to slash in branch name).
Currently can't remove xqemu/xqemu branch because #5 depends on it.
