Add integration tests with Kubernetes in Docker (Kind) so that we can run integration tests based on new versions of the chart.

Utilize GitHub actions to run tests #147

Define the scope of integration tests (full e2e workflow tests, etc) #146
~~Replace cloud resources such as S3 with abstractions that can work within the Kubernetes cluster itself, such as using Minio to replace S3~~
