The tables in the nonredundant-graph-table.tgz download (as linked from https://github.com/INCATools/ubergraph#downloads) containing the labels (edge-labels.tsv and node-labels.tsv) don’t actually contain any labels. (They definitely did at least a year ago.)

Actually it looks like labels are not actually intended to be there. Why was the download containing actual labels dropped compared to a year ago? I'm afraid that made the download useless for educational purposes, which is unfortunate.
I'll put a legacy download that actually contains labels up on Hugging Face, but I'm not sure that kind of duplication (including of outdated data) is in anyone's interest.
