Missing enum for creating associations

In continuation of #466, the auto-generated enum AssociationSpecAssociationCategoryEnum is not exported, but required for creating associations.

Just need to export AssociationSpecAssociationCategoryEnum from the package.

I'm also facing this issue. It means you cannot create an association with proper typings. You can work around this by casting to any or using @ts-ignore, but neither of those solutions should be needed. This is something that HubSpot really should fix.
