安装插件后第一次执行的时候下载碧蓝档案图片错误

再次启动nonebot时不会再重新下载资源，希望可以提供一个检查资源完整度的命令。

edit: 我找到了更新资源的命令，是我没仔细看，抱歉

经过研究，我发现您使用aiohttp库来get资源，而这个库默认并不会读取环境变量，而这就是问题所在。
我会尝试使用httpx，或者其他方法来修正这一点。
