Secret not correctly converted in base64

Description

After the last update(from v4.3.0 to v5.10.2), when receiving a secret, if you want to covert it to base64 with the option below, it convert even the HTML paragraph tag

Example:

secret="hello"; 
base64(secret)=base64("<p>hello</p>")

Hm, thank you for reporting. I guess since I added the wysiwyg, that is the reason this is happening. Maybe an option to create secrets in cleartext, or remove the wysiwyg all together.
