Only one axis drag round up

Current implementation of scroll allows scrolling in 2 axes
This behavior may be undesirable for some users. For desktops is easier to exceed vertical threshold (also applies for horizontal scroll) as screen height is less than wight and vice versa for mobile users.

Describe the solution you'd like
Comparing X and Y deltas and limit drag round (when delta exceeds scroll threshold) to one direction, higher delta will indicate in which axis will be scroll done.
