DCW 2.2.0 is a minor release for DCW and requires GMT>=6.1.1. It add the countries of Great Britain (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland ans Wales). It updates the fylker of Norway and fixes DE boundary east of 15E with PL which will requires GMT 6.4.0.
