Since amdvlk 2024.Q2.3 the water reflections will have a "twitching" in their rendering.
The issue was originally reported as a dxvk regression as it started happening since dxvk commit doitsujin/dxvk@b4ed108. But as it seems to be regressing behavior in amdvlk too and isn't reproduced on radv, Nvidia or nvk we assume it is a amdvlk bug.

Note that it only reproduces when replayed with the 32bit version of apitrace and not 64bit. Use dxvk 2.5 or above when replaying.
