Git hash for analysis repo in reproducibility tables

The git hash for a data package is recorded in reproducibility tables, but not the current git hash for the analysis repo. This may be challenging to do, though, because reports are knitted before all changes are committed (in particular, the latest PDF and Word documents are not included).
