Autofilling / providing guidance on updating fields in project DESCRIPTION #207

Add autofilling and/or guidance on updating the following fields in project DESCRIPTION:

  • Title, Description: could be autofilled with something like "VISC analysis for VDCnnn" at project creation
  • Version, Authors: perhaps add to PR checklist a question about updating the authors and version number
  • License: perhaps use_proprietary_license() since the analysis repos are not open source (see https://r-pkgs.org/license.html for guidance)
