Include message contents in deleted message dms

When a message is deleted, the bot dms the author of the message to tell them it was deleted and why.
It would be good if the bot could include the original message in the dm. This is because if only part of a message violated the rules, the author may want to re-post the message with the violating content removed.

however, especially for longer message it would be quite annoying to have to re-write the entire message.

I think that's reasonable. In the meanwhile you can ask a moderator for what the message was.
