Describe the bug

Normally, mining stuff with silk touch never gives XP, because you could just mine it over and over again. But mining coal, lapis, redstone, and diamond ores; sculk; etc. with a mining gadget with the silk touch upgrade active will give the player XP. You can then place and mine the blocks again over and over for unlimited XP.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a mining gadget with the silk touch upgrade.
2. Mine stuff (see list in description).
3. Observe XP gain.

Expected behaviour

no XP from mining stuff with silk touch
