The proposal to this is to find a way to make the seismic waves of the actual earthquakes proportional to that of the oscillation of our shake table. We will be adhering to the metric scale as it is much easier to handle. But the main idea is to find the maximum oscillation of the fan and compare it to the maximum (possible) oscillation on the moment magnitude scale.
