Allow colorize 1.0 and greater

Hmm, the error for this looks low level. i would think it would be easiest to start removing support for extremely old rubies?

Installing Bundler
  Ruby 2.3.0 and 2.3.1 have shipped with an old rubygems that only works with Bundler 1
