Retroactive Compensation only works on the DAOs native chain #1799

Hey! Feature request. Include other assets in Retroactive Compensation besides the DAOs native asset.

Background:

SNAILS. is a Stargaze NFT DAO.
Retroactive Compensation is used to distribute staking rewards to our contributors.
SNAILS. stakes multiple l1 coins.

Problem:

Only the native asset can be distributed. In our case $STARS.
Spends work fine but Retroactive Compensation does not allow you to select other assets.

Ideal Solution:

Allow DAOs to create RC cycles that include assets held on other chains.
These assets would get distributed to DAO members on those other chains.
