New release possible with newer cargo version to get workspace-inheritance feature?

Hi,

we've just introduced cargo cyclonedex in our builds (thank you so much for the work on this!) and one of our builds is now failing:

Error: failed to parse manifest at `/root/stackable-cockpit/Cargo.toml`

Caused by:
    feature `workspace-inheritance` is required
    
    The package requires the Cargo feature called `workspace-inheritance`, but that feature is not stabilized in this version of Cargo (1.63.0).
    Consider adding `cargo-features = ["workspace-inheritance"]` to the top of Cargo.toml (above the [package] table) to tell Cargo you are opting in to use this unstable feature.

This is because the 0.3.7 release includes a dependency on cargo in version 0.64 which confusingly is Cargo 1.63.

In master this is already bumped to 0.70 (cargo binary = 1.69). The latest version is already at 0.71.

Would it be possible to cut a new release with those updated dependencies?
