i18n support

Hey guys, what about translate crowdtilt? Is already a work in progress? I haven't found nothing in the issues.

I'm trying to support i18n and Japanese translations. https://github.com/monaka/CrowdtiltOpen_ja
There are still half baked and some another hacks in my fork. But it's not difficult to merge back i18n support only.
Pull requests to my fork are welcome.

Thanks for tackling these - the i18n support is a great idea, and we can probably merge those changes back into the main repo as it progresses.
