The "relativly" recent change in the h5py recipe (restricted to hdf5 1.8.15.1 on windows) leads to alternating updates and downgrades between h5py 2.6 and hdf5 1.8.16.0 and h5py 2.7 and hdf 1.8.15.1 on my computer:
