Bug Report: [CHART EDITOR BUG?]

I'm not entirely certain what caused it, but i clicked open console, and then (i think) my mouse was hovering over the chart editor button when i tabbed back in and it gave me this error

From the looks of it, this seems to be something within the Charter itself, though I don't exactly understand what's going on here. I guess maybe it's loading an incorrect file?
