it says that i don't have the library lime but i installed so what do i do?

you gotta run lime test windows inside the project folder

literally just the folder of the project, no exact place inside

in the project folder as i told you
aka the folder where you downloaded the codename engine's source

in a command prompt??
like press on the path of the folder; type cmd and then lime test windows when the command prompt opens
