Issue with installing Starship

When starting the installation of Starship, I receive a prompt which says:

Do you want to attempt starship installation with specific user credentials? Select 'Yes' to proceed or 'No' to skip.

As I am the only who uses my laptop and I login with a PIN, I click No, which results in this output:

No package found matching input criteria.
Attempt installation of starship with User scope
No package found matching input criteria.
Skipping installation with specific user credentials.
Failed to install starship.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select starship for installation.
  2. Click No to prompt.

Expected behavior

Starship should install for the current user.
