I want [this DirectX web installer](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35) added to the list of installable programs, because currently it's not in the WinUtil.

Describe alternatives you've considered

While there are closed issues about this, the DirectX web installer still hasn't been added.
