I run Windows Utility on every single install of Windows I do, whether it be Windows 10 or 11. I always go to edit settings down the line and I notice some panels saying, "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization." This affects not only settings, but also my Chrome browser. I know what each of the tweaks do but I'm not sure how this is caused, majority say O&O but I never notice anything when running O&O without Windows Utility.

Winutil edits gpedit.msc for telemetry stuff so thats the reason why its shows managed by organisation.
