Essential Tweaks: Disable Consumer Features

I LOVE the idea of this tweak. It's extremely annoying when I'm scrolling through my list of installed apps and find one or more that Windows installed automatically (especially when it's something I've uninstalled). However, it's mentioned that this will also prevent Phone Link from working, which I don't want. Is there any way to get around this so I can still use Phone Link? Also, thank you for all of the work that went into making WinUtil!
