Why is co2_ryf.nc set to 1957-8, when the RYF forcing is for 1990-1?

This choice depends on the aims, but if one uses RYF to equilibrate the ocean and then starts the IAF from 1958, then prescribing 1957-8 during the spin-up is a good choice. Does this make sense?
