The Help menu item in the top left of the app currently links to Electron help pages.

@ArmandKrynauw To do this we will have to use a custom menu bar, I saw you removed it in index.ts, why?

@CenturionLC I think we discussed this in person at some stage. We previously looked into a custom menu bar, but nothing useful could be added at that time. My idea is to add a help item in the command pallete and a question mark button in the settings page. This would take users to the Blix website for docs and help, or to the GitHub ReadMe if the website isn't ready in time. Does this sound okay to you? Do you have any suggestions for what you'd like to see in a custom menu bar?

@ArmandKrynauw This seems perfectly fine with me to be honest. Only thing to take into consideration is this in the spec :

Im not exactly sure whether this wording implies we need an explicit menu the user can see, or whether we just need to have the option somewhere. After all, how is a new user supposed to know where to find the help in the first place? The settings isnt exactly the most intuitive place and the command palette requires existing knowledge of how the system operates, so we might have to consider also/or adding the button somewhere on startup or in the main window. This would probably look less clean though

Ok, with that I agree. So perhaps, we need to add a custom Open Help & Documentation option then under the help menu (in the menu bar as well).
