On a rare occasion a Sierra list that holds finite number of bib can fill up and the query will skip extra records.
In general for NS purposes 10k lists are used. This is not an application bug per se, but it would be great to give warning in logging that this happen so extra records can be provided manually. Then an altert email can be created in loggly to notify us.
