Restore the dataset generation procedure

The information on how Quimbi datasets are generated got lost. There is an unfinished attempt for a conversion script but it does not work correctly (yet). Fix the conversion script and show that it works correctly. The bright field and edge overlay images can be ignored, I think, as we don't plan to implement these in the new Quimbi UI (#2). Also the maximum euclidean distance can be ditched as the new Quimbi UI only uses the angle distance.
