Enable DimensionalTrees per island

Describe the feature you'd like us to implement:
Add a option to choose if you want enabled the option to the trees grow different on the island.

It will require the addon that will be done called PerIslandConfig which will add a option on /is setting named Per Island Config. The per island config will be on options to choose if want it on. OBS: it will be locked on off if addon is disabled, and if you enable the option without the required addon the DimensionalTreeswill automatically disable
An example:

On /is settings GUI on Per Island area choose DimensionalTrees
