Unable to install postman on Azure Windows VM #826

Trying to install postman using chocolatey. (Executed as artifact in DevTest Lab)

Command tried: choco install postman -y -f --acceptlicense --no-progress --allow-empty-checksums

After 45 minutes (2700 seconds) Received error: Chocolatey timed out waiting for the command to finish.

Tried multiple timeouts, but issue is still. If logged to the machine and command gets executed without any issue.

Please help to resolve the issue.
