If you take a look at:

https://medserve.online/fhir/Medication/744651000168104

It has two extensions of type http://medserve.online/fhir/StructureDefinition/subsidy, and they both have the subsidyCode 10600X.

This issue appears to affect all CTPPs.

I'm working around this in the browser by de-duplicating subsidies based on code.
