Changing the Locality

There is a catalog record (KSB:Mamm:878) that was incorrectly entered under the higher geography of Nebraska, Kearney County when it should have been under Kansas, Kearny County. I can't figure out the best method of updating this.

it's not shared so you can just update it - except someone's verified it to the wrong place....

to un-do that, then you can just update...
